  BBSA's last race of the season, Neptune's Atlantic Regatta, is affiliated with Virginia Beach's Neptune Festival. Starting off Little Creek, racers transit the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, sail down the coast, and finish off 24th Street. New in 2026, participants may enjoy a day of fun at the Neptune Festival and Sunday afternoon Awards at the Surf and Rescue Museum. This race is part of the Southern Bay Distance Racing Series (SBDRS).

  
  

  NOTE:  The PHRF B and C classes have been combined and PHRF Cruising Spin has been dropped.  Participants moved to desired class.

  New This Year: Enter the 2026 Virtual Regatta
  Every boat competing in Neptune’s Atlantic Regatta can also compete for a cause by raising money for the Virginia Beach Surf & Rescue Museum.

  The boat that raises the most money wins the
  2026 Virtual Regatta Trophy,
  presented at the awards dinner on September 27.

  Entries close at midnight on Friday before the regatta.
