The Leo Wardrup Memorial Cape Charles Cup officially begins with the Skippers' Meeting on Friday afternoon.  Skippers and one guest may come to the event to pick up registration packets, purchases, and information about event changes (the green sheet).  The events provides a friendly meeting of the skippers before the race and serves a light dinner and refreshments.
