Join BBSA members for the monthly membership meeting and Cape Henry Cup Award ceremony.  This is a potluck event, so please bring a contribution for dinner.  Beer, wine, water, and some soft drinks will be provided.  Feel free to BYOB if you have your own preferences.

6:00 pm:  Volunteers arrive
Volunteers arrive to set up the room.  If you have folding tables, please bring them along.  We often have a shortage of table space.  

6:30 pm - General member arrival and socialization
7:00 pm - start dinner
7:30 pm - Cape Henry Cup Awards
7:45 pm - Announcements and BBSA business

8:00 pm - Close meeting and clean up.  

We will need a few people to stay afterward to put away tables, rearrange chairs, and clean up.
