The purpose of this form is to document that you request a refund of your registration fee for the "Racing Rules Made Easy" Seminar which was initially scheduled for February 29, 2020 and rescheduled for Saturday April 4, 2020 in the Virginia Room, at the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center.

This form is for those that registered for the February 29th Seminar and will not be attending the February 4th "make up " seminar. 

This form and requests for refund expire on February 3rd, the day before the "Make up Seminar".
