We do have a membership meeting this month.
SOME business to address, I was hoping this would be a 'Welcome Back' to sailing evening! It will be a potluck, BUT can I ask a favor?? With cruising season about to start, could people please bring a copy of their 'go to' recipes? Main courses, desserts, drinks?? The one pot, quick, crowd favorites?? Not grandmas 'family secret', unless grandma sailed! Mine did!! And I will share her secret coleslaw recipe, its easy! Again, bring whatever you feel, if it’s the dish that matches the recipe, that would be even better!!!! I'd love for people to share. How many times have you made the same thing, so I was thinking, maybe someone will have something someone can use??
With permission, I can post the recipes on one our social media pages?? I would like to start a BBSA recipe book/reference site… Again, simple is good, as my galley skills, while adequate (Don’t ask my wife!), are not as renowned as several of yours!!!
