Guest speaker:  Alan Bowmar, PHRF Chief Rater for the Southern Chesapeake Bay (Region 4 South). 

Alan has a wonderful presentation about PHRF Ratings

• What goes into establishing a rating for every boat in the Chesapeake; 
• How PHRF establishes base ratings for a boat class; 
• How a boat's base rating may be adjusted (time added or subtracted from the base rating); 
• How to challenge your rating or another boat's rating; and much more.

This is presentation should be of interest to all of the BBSA racing skippers, crew, cruisers who participate in the LWM Cape Charles Cup, and many that are curious about ratings.
